Susete and the team welcome you to Hawkes Bay’s Premium Auction House. We love to do things differently and anyone familiar with the conventional auction business will instantly notice the difference from the moment you step through the doors. Things definitely look a little different!
Susete has been involved in antiques from a very young age. As a previous successful business woman she saw an opportunity in early 2022 to bring some revolution and elegance to the auction scene. The House of Tibi holds our live Auctions from 3pm on a Wednesday afternoon. The showroom is available for viewing each Tuesday (9 to 5) and Wednesday (9 to 3) ahead of the auction.
Rather than the tradition sea of items and boxes we display our items in line with walking into an interior design studio. The auction process is also different as instead of standing around in a cold warehouse you have the opportunity to sit and view the individual lots on our big screen and participate in person or via digital or absentee bids.
We use state of the art software to manage, catalogue and run the Auction. With our full digital catalogue available online enables easy viewing and the ability to partake while absent.
As well as our auctions we run specialty auctions and other events throughout the year in store and online.
